To make matters worse, the company did not take responsibility and didn't want to come to any resolution and Alibaba offered $300 credit, which wouldn't even cover the cleaning products used to treat the problem. The mold stains on the outside covers do not come out. Deeply regretting doing business with this company.

And the cost of cleaning in the United States is very high (maybe that's what the consumption there is) we can't afford the high cost of cleaning, but we are willing to bear some of it, we also want to solve the problem, find the cause of mold; Because many of our other customers have not sent such things, and some have been using it for 3-5 years; So we guess whether the different regions of different customers and different environmental climates lead to mold breeding?
